Sharona Katan exhibits her new collection of work entitled Stilleven. The work is inspired by the Flemish still life – ‘stilleven’ย -from the 17th century, but uses photographic emulsion, exaggerated scale, and artificially coloured monochrome images to produce a modern take on the original Flemish displays of transient wealth.

Sharona is also one member of the Oxford based art collective Mannish Trousers. The group won the 2009 Oxford Castle Art competition and will be exhibiting again during Artweeks at Liscious Interiors, Walton Street.
